We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for our teas and botanicals, and we do not honor refunds if the issue is a matter of personal taste preference.

Please note that, as an agricultural product, some seasonal variance is to be expected in the flavor profiles of tea. For this reason, we recommend purchasing smaller quantities, such as our “Sample” size, ensuring the tea is to your liking before committing to larger bags.

We do honor replacements or website credit for quality issues. If you feel the quality of our products is less than expected, please contact our customer service within 30 days of your order date. We will need the order information and photos of the issue to process your inquiry.

Returning Unopened & Unused Accessories

If you would like to return an unopened and unused accessory, contact our customer service within 30 days of purchase to initiate a return. We will send you a return shipping label to return the product. You will be responsible for packaging the product back up safely (we recommend you keep the original packaging the product was sent in for ease of return). Once we receive the returned product and verify it hasn’t been opened or used, we will initiate a refund less the return shipping charge. Please allow 3-5 business days after your return has reached our facility for us to complete the return process. After the return process is complete, we will refund the method of payment that was originally used to make the purchase. Depending on your payment method, refunds may take several business days to post to your account.

Unfortunately, you cannot return an opened and/or used accessory.

If you feel our product is defective, please contact our customer service within 30 days of your order date. We will assist with replacement parts or accessories. To process your inquiry, we will need the order information and photos of the issue.
